Rider & Parent Code of Conduct

By enrolling in this program, I agree to the following:

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

• Riders must be dropped off and picked up on time.
• Extended care is available only if pre-arranged.
• Repeated late pick-up may result in additional fees or dismissal from the program.

Behavior & Respect

• Riders are expected to follow instructor directions at all times.
• Respect toward horses, staff, volunteers, and fellow riders is required.
• Unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Barn Safety

• Closed-toe shoes are required.
• Riders must adhere to all barn safety rules and equipment guidelines.
• No running, yelling, or horseplay in designated barn areas.

Responsibility

• Riders are responsible for their assigned equipment and personal belongings.
• Starlight Acres is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Participation

• Starlight Acres reserves the right to dismiss any rider whose behavior compromises safety, respect, or the experience of others.
• No refunds will be issued in the event of dismissal due to conduct violations.

By completing registration, I acknowledge and agree to these terms.

By completing this registration, I understand and agree that all tuition payments are non-refundable.

Enrollment secures a limited rider space and covers advance livestock care, staffing, and operational expenses that are allocated prior to the program start date.

I acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for cancellations, schedule conflicts, or failure to attend.
